Jennifer is an associate whose practice is concentrated in employment-based immigration, where she has developed deep expertise in the complex, highly regulated area of PERM labor certification applications, as well as PERM-based I-140 immigrant petitions. As a member of the firm’s PERM/I-140 practice group, Jennifer has worked closely with large institutions to streamline their PERM processes. Prior to joining the firm and since her admission to practice in 2008, Jennifer worked in Southern California as an attorney representing clients in family-based immigrant petitions, deportation defense, and civil litigation.

Both as an undergraduate and in law school, Jennifer received multiple awards and recognition for academic excellence. At the University of British Columbia, she won a Provincial Scholarship and the 2004 Directed Studies Award of Excellence, and at Whittier Law School she was the recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and CALI Awards for Future Excellence.

Jennifer is a member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
